The first workout was easier than expected. This is probably because of my stints with 30 Day Shred and two weeks of Ripped in 30, but I know what lies ahead so I'm just going to stick with it and enjoy this portion for now.

The workouts are not REALLY 30 minutes. When someone promises me 30 minutes, I want 30 minutes from the time I press play to the time I'm pressing stop. I'd plan at least 40 minutes from start to finish for each of these workouts.
The program is completed in three phases.

My goal weight is 135 lbs and my goal body fat percentage is somewhere between 23 - 24%. With the proper diet and following this program, I should be able to do it. Here are my results from my last go around with JM Body Revolution.
Because I've been doing other things, my starting pics this time around look much like my ending pics from my first go round. I'm wondering if/how that will impact my results. Nevertheless, I'm doing it because I know that it is effective and I enjoy working out with Jillian and the crew.
