May 14, 2013 - Photo Update
I've done Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and I've also been running/speed-walking at least 6 miles a week. Since finishing the 30 Day Shred, I am 4 days into Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 and her KickBox Fast Fix. I also run when I have the time. I attempt to eat cleaner (no fried, processed, or fast foods), drink plenty of water (half my body weight in ounces each day), and take my vitamins.
